Following on from yesterdays blog about the TEDx event we attended in Liverpool on Monday, I came across this video entitled “Productivity Future Vision” on youtube. It depicts a future where technology is so deeply integrated in our day to day lives that had I seen this even 10 years ago I would have been blown away and cowered behind my VCR.
It just goes to show how technology creeps up on you, now most of us have iPhones/iPods/iPads or non Apple equivalents and these devices can, in essence, do most of the stuff shown in the video, albeit a little less seamlessly and without the help of the interactive cars and buildings (and even they are beginning to appear, see Intecho). It appears “The Mobile Future” is already here…
