Rooms4u is an award winning landlord in Liverpool, offering a wide range of high quality student accommodation in great locations across the city. Rooms4u approached igoo in 2009, requiring a site which could display their portfolio of properties and would be simple to manage.
igoo developed a custom built property management system, which features a price slider and area selector tool for easier property searching. One of their properties, ‘The Lodge’ is a spectacular 36 room renovation and can be viewed via an interactive floorplan, allowing students to pick the exact bedroom they would like and reserve it online.
We provide ongoing development to Rooms4u, including regular maintenance and support. The site features a fully integrated news system and igoo create a weekly blog article to ensure the site remains current and SEO optimised.
